HOW:      There is already a legal requirement to do this under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995

FDC for planning permission/ building regulation approvals where necessary

Access by concrete path to village hall + disabled toilet installed. DDA audit for pavilion and village hall.

ACTION: Improve rights of way and permissive footpaths – particularly along the Drain form Murrow to PD
HOW:     Landowner and North Level Drainage Board in conj with Rights of Way Officer from CCC
